Fabric Recommendations:

If you are looking for a whimsical, “goblincore” or “hobbitcore” aesthetic, consider more structured fabrics that are medium to heavy-weight, such as corduroy, denim, twill, or jacquard. These weights are particularly comfortable in late fall - early spring. In the winter months, the dungarees can be paired with a warm sweater and fleece-lined leggings for maximum comfort and warmth. For a more “cottagecore” aesthetic, consider more lightweight fabrics - keeping in mind this will make the dungarees have a more flowy and light drape. This is ideal for warmer months, and can be styled with a flowy, whimsical top such as Belladonna Patterns’ "Persephone Top".

To measure:

Upper Bust – around the fullest part of your upper chest, just under the armpits
Full Bust - around the fullest part of your bust - usually across the nipples
Waist – at your natural waist (the narrowest point)
Hips – around the fullest part of your hips and bum
